All students are invited to attend two workshops (one in-studio and one online) as part of the programme fees. If a student is invited to more than one workshop a fee is to be paid upon application.
The Associate Programme is generously supported by donors to offer means tested financial support for course fees and uniform costs to qualifying families. For households with a gross income under £50,000, fee support of 10% to 90% are available.
How and when do I pay?
Associate classes are invoiced on one invoice at the beginning of September for the full academic year ahead. The invoice will automatically include the discount as a result of any means tested bursary awarded for fees and uniform.
You will have two options for payment of the Associate invoice:
- A monthly payment plan of 9 instalments (1 October through to 1 June): Payments are collected either by direct debit or via credit card subscription
- or one full payment made online at the start of the Academic year (by 31 October) using a credit card.
Specific details of how to make payments (including set up of new direct debit or credit card subscription) will be included with your invoice.
Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
When corresponding with our finance team, please ensure you put your student’s name, Associate centre and class in the subject header of your email. This helps us to quickly find your records.
Withdrawal from the Associate programme
One term’s notice must be given in writing by a parent wishing to withdraw a pupil from the Associate programme. The fee for the notice period is payable, regardless of whether the student is attending the classes.
