We will make every effort to dispatch your order within 2 working days, and usually this means you will receive your order within 5 working days of making your order.

Shipping costs are from £3.95 and calculated based on the weight of your order. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48® service.

Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on Sundays, Bank Holidays or 23 December to 3 January.


We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not then please let us know within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected]

If you return the item to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt, we will be happy to give you a refund. When returning items, we recommend that you ask your post office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Items

Your orders are carefully wrapped and well protected. However, occasionally items can become damaged during shipping.

If an item arrives to you damaged, we will happily send you a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we can refund you instead.

If your order has not arrived after 14 working days from the shipped date, we will assist with locating the order.

If we cannot locate your order, a new order will be sent to you.
