What is the latest time I can apply on the closing date?

The application process will close at 11.59pm on the closing date. We provide the closing date on all our adverts. If you cannot find this information, please contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.

I am having problems with completing the application form.

We are sorry that you are having problems applying for one of our vacancies.

Please contact us explaining the problem you are having and we will respond as soon as we can.

How will I know that you have received my application?

We will send you an email thanking you for your application and to confirm that your application has been submitted.

I haven’t received any confirmation that my application has been received.

Please contact us explaining which role you have applied for, and we will investigate this for you and respond as soon as we can.

I am not a UK citizen; will The Royal Ballet School be able to sponsor a work visa?

We encourage everyone to apply for our jobs but unfortunately the School is not usually able to provide sponsorship for work visas.

I have a disability and will require some support in completing the application process.

We will endeavour to help any disabled applicant with completing the application process. Please contact us to advise us of any support needs you have and we will help in any way that we can.

I haven’t heard anything after applying for a job.

You should receive an email confirming submission of your application. We respond to all candidates who have been shortlisted so unfortunately if you have not heard from us one week prior to the interview date stated on the advert, please assume that your application has been unsuccessful. We are unable to provide specific feedback to candidates who have not been shortlisted.

When will I find out if I have been shortlisted for interview or not?

We endeavour to let all applicants know by email if they have been selected for interview within one week of the closing date.

If you have not heard from us, please consider your application to be unsuccessful, though do check back on our website as we would still encourage you to apply for other job vacancies in the future.

Unfortunately we are unable to contact applicants or provide feedback on applications not shortlisted for interview.
